I have heard of sooooo many people who get up-front seats 3-5 days PRIOR to the concert. Call up TM a few days before the concert and some choice seats are released. I was lucky this year - drew 5th in the lottery, but we prefer the lawn because it's so much fun! Got to see the Dancer too, those in the seats missed it...Another on-line ticket-getter is to put in that you only want 1 ticket 'cause there's a lot of "singles" available, get the ticket and do the lawn!

Sorry 467-I'm really a transplant from the eastern shore.

6)Cheeseburger

I actually caught one they were shooting off the stage to the crowd during the Nissan concert-great keepsake.

TK: I'm still thinking about Merriweather - I burned all my vacation in June between the concert (always an weekly vacation event) and OpSail. Maybe I'll get sick........

Guys and Gals,

I love this set list. I am taking my 4 year old daughter, Savannah, to her first Buffett concert in St. Louis on Tuesday. Do you know if Clint will be there?

Why does he do this song instead of "I Will Play For Gumbo?" If he's going to do a new one, he should at least do a good one. Or maybe "Semi-True Stories?"

Why buy a GREAT ticket and then sit on the lawn? What do you do with your seat ticket? That stinks for the rest of us who might really want to sit inside and close.

Anonymous,

This is actually one of my least favorite of the songs on Beachhouse

Several of us were surprised he hasn't made Gumbo one of his standards. Have to say though, my favorite is Pacing the Cage.

Phonephan: tickets you get like that are no where near to close - usually the last few rows, you might as well be on the lawn - this is simply a suggestion to those who want to get IN and NOT sit by themselves.

AGREE - Love "Pacing" and "Gumbo", but could do without "Permanent Reminder". Not a great concert song

I do know people who were able to purchase "singles" that were in the first 20 rows. Sorry 2fla, I thought that's what you were talking about.

If I got a single ticket in the first 20 rows I'D BE THERE - solo, if necessary :) but that would never happen in VB
