You can call me for directions, it's really easy to find. :D

I'll have to check the schedule for Colorado dates.

Last time I saw PM was in Dayton a few months ago. He played with Jim, Scott and Chris Walters. It was a great show, as they all are, but I dislike the venue he plays in Dayton, the Canal Street Tavern. There is no room to dance and don't even think about a conga line during "Chain of Love!" Am going to see him next week in Pittsurgh at a solo show. I think it will be really interesting to see Pete play by himself. I have been to countless PM shows (way more than JB shows), but I have never seen Pete play solo. I definitely go to see Pete, Jim, Roger, Scott, Chris, etc.! NOT Jimmy! :) The best part about Pete's shows is that they are all different, unlike JB shows that are esentially the same from city to city. (CBS dons flame retardant suit!)

You don't say how long it has been since you have seen Peter. Last year at MOTM? You will love all the new stuff from "Music Box" if you haven't heard it yet! If you have heard it, live is better! Please return and report with a full review! As someone said to me, pics would be great! Have phun!

Yeah, I've seen it  Why would you even WANT him to show up? I love JB shows, but when I go to see Pete, it's a totally different experience that I enjoy just as much, but in a different way.

Well, now that Peter is having a successful solo tour, I can't believe he isn't sitting in on Mac's concerts to lend a hand to his bandmate. Mac is probably getting a complex from all this.

It might even be enough to write a song about. :D

Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band will be joining such names as Elton John, Rod Stewart, Stevie Nicks, Lenny Kravitz, the Neville Brothers and many others for a September 20 Benefit for victims of Hurricane Katrina. This concert is dubbed, "From the Big Apple to the Big Easy" and will also feature some of New Orleans' most notable musicians.

In addition to underwriting the show, Madison Square Garden will dontate $1 million to Katrina-related fundraising efforts. All proceeds from the event will benefit like-minded causes. Tickets go on sale September 13.

Due to the scheduling of this event on September 20 and the inclusion of the Coral Reefer Band, Peter Mayer's September 20 performance at the Gravity Lounge in Charlottesville, VA, has been cancelled.

Peter looks forward to rescheduling his Charlottesville appearance and is also thrilled about the opportunity to be involved in a fundraiser of this size for such a worthy cause.
