OK so as with a lot of people I need to eat my veggies more
so to that end I am trying some new things..
this one worked.. big time !!!!
5-6 tomatoes diced
half a bag of carrot chips ( chopped)
6-8 green Onions
Zesty Italian dressing
place in covered dish ( I used a tupperware bowl)
cover with dressing shake/stir every couple of hours
I let this set about 8 hours..
eat..

My husband and I rented a small house on Anna Maria Island this fall and put this together on our first day there. It was yummy and lasted several days as part of lunch. Thanks for the fast and easy recipe.

WOW, I put one together last night with just a few mods.
Left out the carrots
added Mozzarella and Kalamata Olives.
Have some here for lunch too.
