I'm going on a cruise in August. They have a bartending contest I want to enter. The bartenders vote for the winner. The winning entry is named by its creator and served throughout the cruise. I'm looking for some recipes and creative names (acceptable to the cruise line). I know there are a lot on here, but have you seen how many threads there are in this forum?
I think a winner will have the following: not too many ingredients, doesn't need to be frozen (bartenders will like both of those), pretty color, not too sweet and something you haven't seen offered everywhere.
I'd like to represent BN, so help me out.

I'm partial to lime rickies. So easy to make and they are light, crisp, and refreshing. Here's a raspberry version...I think you should be able to get berries on board the ship.
Ingredients
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8 oz. vodka
3 oz. lime juice
2 oz. Chambord
12 fresh raspberries
plus 4 for garnish
fresh limes for garnish
club soda to top
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Muddle the raspberries in the bottom of a pitcher or large glass. Fill with ice and add the remaining ingredients.
Stir well and pour into 4 glasses.
Top with club soda. Garnish with lime wedges and fresh raspberries.
You only have two options - havin' fun or freakin' out...

Hey Lime! Do you have a recipe for a "regular" Lime Rickie?
Tina Knee deep in the water somewhere, only worry in the world is the tide gonna reach my chair? "We can't control the wave, but we can learn to surf."
Well, Jack would definitely be a better resource for this request. I gave the raspberry recipe because she specified doesn't have to be blended, pretty color, and not too sweet. And that's why I like it, not a fan of the sweet stuff. This is so light and crisp...truly refreshing. Here's the traditional recipe...
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
3 dashes Angostura® bitters
6 - 8 oz club soda
Build all ingredients in a collins glass and top with soda. Garnish with a spiral of lime peel, and serve.
It's traditionally a non-alcoholic drink....but that doesn't work for me. So I substitute vodka for half the club soda.
