I like them all. I'll usually order more than one if I can.
A couple other local (east coast) favorites: Scrapple and Taylor Pork Roll.

Actually, my all time favorite breakfast meat was elk steak (with two eggs, over easy), but i haven't had that in a while.

This poll is unfair. I mean, having to rank the glory of breakfast pork is awful. And then you throw boobies in the mix. You are trying to kill me. I like corned beef hash the way my mom used to make it. I've tried, but it never quite comes out like hers. I do love bacon, though.
