Jim Mayer Song for Anti-bullying Month-"Show Me The Light"

I would like to share a video with you on a song that Jim Mayer wrote for (2) 10-year old girls that took their lives because of being bullied in school back in November of 2011. Jasmine of North Carolina & Ashlynn of Illinois.

Shannon Selig and Jim co-wrote another version of the song and we recorded it on Shannon in July.

Shannon was bullied when she was in school and therefore is passionate about writing and performing music that will make a difference in somebody's life. That passion is evident in the following video on "Show Me The Light":

As I posted on FB: As a survivor of a family members suicide, I need to share this video from a FB friend, Jim Mayer and a bullying survivor Shannon Selig, who wrote this song. Bulling comes in many forms, it's not just sticks and stones, it's anytime you make someone feel inferior, unwanted or unloved. It can be words or actions, in front of or behind the back of, its victim! Think, before you speak & before you act, it could end up taking a life. October is Bullying awareness month, let's show them the light!

Share this video often, you don't know who is sitting on that fence!
