Good afternoon. Due to the weather hitting the east coast this weekend, it is with great regret that I have decided to stay in Florida until Monday.
I'm back to livin' Floridays

Re: TGI Friday @ the MSC
With all the cold weather we've been having, I was going to make a pot of chili yesterday. Since Wednesday was "free dinner at my sister's house" day and she gave me leftovers, that plan was put on hold until today. The chili has been simmering and it smells pretty good. Chili and beer for dinner the next couple of days.
what I really mean . . . I wish you were here

With beans. I know, that's not real chili but that's the way I've always had it and since I started making my own that's the way I make it. Here, too. And it lasts a few days. Serve it over rice or in bread bowls for Mr. Lime. Ohio style for the keet.dnw wrote:I also make chili with beans.LIPH wrote:With beans. My car got hit while parked in town this week but I am not letting it bug me. If that's the worst that happens with all this weather we're ahead of the game.
How's NJ?
