I'm going to admit this upfront....I'm a WIMP.
I am
I don't like the cold
I don't like it at all
It is in the 30's and I did some errands.
I was overdressed and I'm still cold.
I don't know how you people in the East survive.
I would be frozen solid. (((People in the frozen tundra))))

I think we made it to the mid-20's today. Might crack the freezing mark tomorrow!
I don't mind semi-cold so much ..... but the continued below freezing stuff sux.

3 out the previous 4 years we went to Grand Cayman (twice in January, once in April).
No tropical vacations this year - major funds diverted to the upcoming wedding.
The Moody Blues used to record on London Records, which I'm pretty sure doesn't exist anymore. I have a cousin who's about 10 years older than I am. He used to work in sales for London Records and he got a lot of free stuff. I had every Moody Blues album that was released on London and I got all of them for free. I probably should have saved them, even though I haven't had a turntable in years.

Sorry about not getting to go to GC, but wooohooooo on the wedding.

My turntable had been gathering dust in the basement so I gave it to my nephew.
A couple years ago I bought a turntable that connects to my computer & conversion software. The plan was to copy all my vinyl to digital format so I could burn it to CD's or DVD's and merge into my iTunes library. Some day maybe I'll actually get around to doing that.

Some people clean up well and look quite spiffy in a suit.

I just finished one of these. It's a 22oz. bottle so it's not quite 2 regular beers. There's nothing on the label about the alcohol content but I have a pretty good buzz going. I can usually drink 2 beers and still be in pretty good shape. I'm glad I'm not driving anyplace tonight.

It's all good as long as you don't meet the same fate as Custer.
The chili was pretty good, it's one of the few things I can do well in the kitchen. I might make another pot next week because the long range forecast is for some more cold weather. At least what passes for cold down here.
