I have zero luck with pork chops unless I brine them first.

30% of people take time off to go to the DMV, pre-COVID anyway.

Not to deviate from the thread but...
Made an appt last Nov to get my real ID. Followed instructions to arrive 10 min early & go in 5 min early. They verified that my name was on the list & I went directly to the window. In & out in less than 15 min. It was great!! Even the clerk was nice :o
Hope they keep this practice!
