Jimmy was working on a new novel

There were reports, and direct quotes from Jimmy, about a new novel he was working on - based on his time recording on Montserrat. Anyone see anything out there on the status of that since his passing?

Yes he mentioned this occasionally in interviews in the past few years. It would be pretty awesome to hear more stories about that session. But, he also said he wanted to write a book about his time in the Outer Banks, which really only turned out to be a few "diary" entries/blog posts. There had been a few other instances of Jimmy sharing his plans for books but some never came to fruition.

That being said, I have not yet seen the movie/documentary about the recording studio on Montserrat. I'm interested to hear if there is any footage or discussion of JB, Coral Reefers, James Taylor, & Co. and the Volcano sessions. Has anyone seen it?
