It's raining and 55 degrees right now. It's supposed to be sunny in a few hours, but not very warm.
A friend is in town for a conference, and we're meeting up with him later tonight. I got him, and his wife, in the divorce from the guy before E. I got lucky, cause I love them.
That's about it today - other then breakfast cooking and some laundry.
Sounds like a good day to do nuthin' much . Have fun at your meet up.
Nothing going on here today - we will probably stay away from the beach bc of the holiday influx of folks. We may be OK if we wait until around 2 since it seems that's when a lot of visitors leave for the day. If not, we'll go to the pool.
We're pretty much ready for our 4-day BN/PH houseguest arriving tomorrow morning. Andrea - tailgatingph. Oh what fun we will have!!!

A lot of people don't know about that part of a divorce, that the property settlement agreement doesn’t cover everything....
You think you’re done after all the tangible marital assets are divvied up, but after some period of time, you find that some of your "community property" friends have basically disappeared, never to be heard from again.

Making potato salad, deviled eggs, shredded chicken sandwiches and a cold cut/cheese tray for the family labor day get together tomorrow. Daughter is making brownies for dessert. Brother in law is making pulled pork and baked beans.

Hi there! We ate, did a little shopping and I did a few chores. I may paint a while, but I have to use the hair dryer to speed drying. We are unseasonably cool and I don't want to run the furnace.
I watched an Alpine show for free last night on Margaritaville TV and realized how much is now gone with JB's passing.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.
