Happy Thanksgiving Day Day, everyone. Kinda a newbie to the MSC!

Went to Rhode Island for thanksgiving yesterday. The Margaritaville Radio concert marathon was amazing! Had turkey, gravy, and mashed potatoes for my 'dinner', though it was at 2. Didn't get any snow, but it's surely getting colder in New England.

Did anyone travel far this Thanksgiving?

We're still in Oklahoma (have been for the week) and we'll be heading back to Colorado tomorrow morning. This time we're just driving 5 hours each day. (Coming here, we drove 7/3 hours each day).

2 meals to cook today, but they are ones I know by heart.

Looks like you've got plenty of road ahead of you. Almost got into a crash on some backroads yesterday. This guy must've thought I, going 40 and not slowing down, was letting him go. Luckily my Jeep Renegade's brakes are good!

It's also time to get the christmas tree haha...these holidays sneak up on me. Have a good friday as well!

Hi there! We visited with folks over coffee as the snow swirled. Tuesday the guy was golfing.

He won't be doing that for a while.

Taking a quick break back at the hotel - I made biscuits and gravy w/scrambled eggs this morning. And made a lasagna about an hour ago, that's waiting to be baked in about 30 minutes. With salad and garlic bread, too. (no I didn't make THOSE).

Opened some gifts from from the family and gave some gifts to the kids of E's nephew. They were SLIGHTLY excited.

Back to their house now.

Two tired people here. Dinner was well liked, even with 2 of the children (one is is just over 1 and scarfed it with her hands, the other declared it GREAT, including her salad. The other can't eat tomato sauce stuff, so I'm okay with that). The adults liked the meal a lot, too. Tho I had a great time cooking this week, I'm glad to not be cooking for the next week.

We'll check out of the hotel around 9:00, have donuts with E's Mom/Brother/DIL and then head towards Dodge City, KS.
