Sooo, E had so many things in his name. One of the most important was for "Total Wine and Liquor"... sometimes it was for pick up or delivery, so tonight I made my own account, and will have a delivery tomorrow. I'll ask someone via email if I can add his points to my new account.

If they can't (or won't ) transfer E's points, what is stopping you from using this old account with a CC change to one in your name...if only to use up those existing points? After they are used then go to the new one.
