March Into SUNDAY @ the MSC
Good morning BN. After a loooong winter I need March with longer and warmer days....woo hoo!
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Re: March Into SUNDAY@ the MSC
Morning Bill and others who stop in!
March started with some snow but there is also sun! Hoping it melts the snow on the driveway because I don’t want to shovel it and hate the look of tire tracks. Probably because clearing the driveway was a MUST DO when I was growing up. My dad always said only lazy people didn’t shovel, so we tackled snow whether it was an inch or a foot.
I don’t have anywhere to go today, so I will play the waiting game with the sun to see who takes care of it
In the mean time, I will enjoy another cup of coffee and start laundry. Enjoy your Sunday, all!!!

Hello Bill, Mel, and BN!
Winter keeps on giving...three snow storms in three weeks. Luckily warm weather is coming to melt all of this! Have a great Sunday, everyone

Good morning Bill, Melissa, and Jerry!
Slept like crap last night, body parts, hurting, so I couldn't get comfortable.
Cameron should be coming over today, so I can tackle the rest of Ron's clothes. Once I get his stuff out of the closet, it'll give me room to stage things I've packed for moving.
Another warm day, temps in the 60's. HOPE to get some rain on Tuesday.
Hope you all have a great Sunday!!

You know that little voice in your head that keeps you from saying things you shouldn't?
I should probably get one of those....

Good morning.
It was very foggy earlier but it's pretty nice out now, maybe I'll go out and do something.

I went for a walk and saw a woman wearing a T-shirt that said YOU SHOULD SEE THIS WET.
Then I saw a guy with a shaved head, his entire head, neck and face were covered with tattoos. Then I stopped at Mellow Mushroom and got a pizza to go because I didn't feel like cooking.

Re: March Into SUNDAY @ the MSC
Hey folks!
When we woke up at 7:30 (We were greeters for the 9:00 church service) it was so foggy. How foggy was it you ask. So foggy we couldn’t see the houses across the pond! We got home from church around 11:15. Grabbed some lunch and headed to the beach!!! It took us 15 mins to get in since the “pass” lane was closed and that made entering traffic get backed up. But it was worth it. We spent 2 glorious hrs in the sun. Minimal breeze (we did have sweatshirts and long pants on) but it didn’t matter to us. Then the fog rolled in over the ocean and we headed out. It’s a great day.

I’m not a tatoo person. Don’t quite “get” it. I never even got my ears pierced until I was 19 even though I was on my own at 17-1/2.LIPH wrote: March 1, 2026 4:18 pm I went for a walk and saw a woman wearing a T-shirt that said YOU SHOULD SEE THIS WET.![]()

Re: March Into SUNDAY @ the MSC
I have two, that you can't see unless I'm wearing a bathing suit. One is a purple rose, to honor my mother (favorite color was purple) and the rose to honor my father (who grew several varieties of roses). It's on my back. Then another one on my upper leg is a mask/rose from Phantom of the Opera, because the music from it overwhelmed me. Ears pierced? At 21, my mother never allowed us to get them saying they were "barbaric"Saltx3 wrote: March 1, 2026 5:45 pm I’m not a tatoo person. Don’t quite “get” it. Re: March Into SUNDAY @ the MSC
After the 50° day yesterday I opened the blinds to see it snowing like crazy!
What came out of my mouth was definitely NSFW!
As to the tats/piercing...
NO tattoos here, I really do NOT care for them at all. My son and his wife both have a few that I have never acknowledged!
I did convince my Mom to let me get my ears pierced in the Spring of my senior year so that I could "switch to nice ones" by the time prom rolled around. I threatened that if she did not sign off on it, once I turned 18 (and would no longer need her to do that) I would go to the skeeviest place in downtown Hempstead I could find and have them done!
It worked! To this day, those are the only piercings I have, one in eash earlobe.
March starting always makes me think of this!

A few years later, I got a second one in each ear. And I always have to match my clothes to my earrings.Caribbean Soul wrote: March 1, 2026 7:34 pm To this day, those are the only piercings I have, one in each earlobe.
