apparently there is something wrong with the block our current meter is in and we need an electrician (at our own expense ) to fix it before NG's contractor can make the swap! ARRRGH!!!
They will be fixing them. I love calling it the "Pine Cone Episode"!!
I'm completely pis sed off at the fact YOU have to pay for the electrician, when it's THEIR installation!!!

Thanks for the support... it is just SO aggravating!!! But we have spoken to our electrician, and he has had many other calls from his customers with similar "issues", so we are not alone... small consolation but I do feel just a bit better.
