looks like its back to only lawn being available. this morning we got 2 in 203 and 2 in 202! Was second in line and still nearly got burned!

PHeelin' lucky! Got 2 in 207-- How PHar is the venue from downtown Chicago?- I've got lot's of driving directions-- but are there buses, taxi--etc. Appreciate any suggestions offered from yearly concertgoers-- Cheers

We usually spend Friday in the city. It's not too far, about 1/2 to 45 min drive, depending on traffic. We've always taken the car, but parking is VERY expensive. Figure on about 20 bucks, but can be cheaper. Navy Pier may be a bit cheaper too, especially if you eat somewhere there, you get a couple bucks off parking

Thanks-- Is there public transportation available from Downtown?-- I've never been to Chicago... :)

Nope no public transportation available to the tweeter, unless you call a cab and pay up the ying yang

I'm hoping to spend some time with my niece in chicago that weekend.

I went out looking for a hotel room in August and found that a lot of the places around the concert venue are already sold out! :roll:

Found a place in Oak Forest which isn't supposed to be too far away...

Nutmeg---Go for it, Oak Forest is the next town over. And they got a pretty decent Irsh pub there. and down the road is a KK

Okay....How did we all do on Show 2??? It took me bout 120$ Ive saved up, and a LOT of begging...But some way or another I convinced my family to go to BOTH shows!!!!!!!! :D
