nashville hotels

hey my family is coming into nashville for the concert on april 19th and i was wondering if anyone knew of any special parrothead hotel rates or anything. if you know of anything, please let me know! thanks so much! fins up!

Hi and welcome!
I've only been through Nashville once, and I stayed at a Comfort Suites that had a hot tub in the suite (hey, I like to treat myself, what can I say!). I don't know if it's anywhere near the concert, but it is near the airport if that's any help at all! Have a GREAT time!

Here's what I did last year to find a hotel: I went to my home page's maps site, typed in Amsouth Ampitheater's address (3839 Murphreesboro Road, Nashville TN) and when the map came up, I clicked on "hotels and motels nearby". You get a list showing the closest places to stay near the concert venue, then the list goes gradually farther and farther away. I got rooms early at the Best Western Music City Inn, on the same road (Old Hickory Blvd.) as the venue, just a hop skip and jump from it. There is a Holiday Inn on Murphreesboro road but it, like the Best Western MCI, is probably already full up. I made my reservations the day after the Nashville concert was announced (end of Feb.) and at that time there were only a few rooms left. You can also go to citysearch.com and go to Nashville, or ANTIOCH, which is the little town where the venue is actually located, just south of Nashville, and look up hotels/motels from there.
