Why so late?

On the RadioMargaritaville schedule for next week, it has the Houston show listed from 9:00 pm to 12:00 am. Why is the concert starting so late?

That's Eastern time, the concert starts at 8pm central in Houston(that's what my tickets say).

Because Houston is on Central Time. RM times are listed as Eastern Daylight Time. So the show starts at 8:00 PM in Houston, which is 9:00 PM Eastern.

I know that, but last year everything started at 7:00 pm central time.

I believe all the concerts start at 8:00 in whatever city they're in, yes??
