I was shut out too. I was first in line, BUT the young man who ran the computer wasn't sure how to log into the system, kept calling support for help. Oh, by the way the place were I was at didn't have any show up until after 10am. Just my luck
If any one has 3 lawn tickets they want to get rid of, PM me or email me.

I was calling from the home phone and 2 cells consecutively - didn't get through until 10:30, and was told they were sold out, and so was Chicago's Saturday show except for accessible. Fortunately, at least 2 of our group got through, so we've got 16 out of 40 of us covered, including me!
Yeah! Face value for the 1st time!
I'll let you know if more got through and we've somehow got extra.

We managed to get tickets! I had to work but my mom went to a drug store and was first in line and got 6 of them. So My mom, Dad, myself and sister are joining my uncle and aunt for their first concert! My uncle was the one who turned me onto JB so this will be an AWESOME experience!
Graduated with honors from Georgia Southern University. I am a brother in the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. I've seen Buffett 7 times. Going to the Medical College of Georgia, Class of 2014!!!!

You must've been doing that at 10:14 at the same time I got mine in line...person in front of me asked for four and was shut out. I asked for one and got it! (We had 9 in our group, so someone further up in line got the first 8 at the ticket limit).GringoInTheGarden wrote:I must have bought the last ticket available! I tried to get two on the lawn and it came back none available, so I put one in, best available, and I got one on the lawn......??

I was third in line of about 30 people. I got 4 pavillion, section 201.
The problem is that they sell Tweeter and Alpine on the same day and everyone is bumping heads. The Alpine people are griping that Tweeter people are cutting into their ticket buying time and versa vice.
I cant believe how many people there are who think they have a good shot at getting tickets online or thru the phone. Your best shot is going to a ticketmaster location and pulling a good lottery ticket.
See you on the 28th of June.

3 telephones and one internet connection tried for 15mins then got the "sold out" recording
Anybody out there have a couple of extra lawn seats, if not you'll see us cruising the parking lot anyway.

We did quite well, we just get lawn since we all know that's where the party is at.
I'm wondering why everybody is saying it's difficult to get tix online?!?! Was online this past Saturday and went to ticketmaster's site at 10:05, bought 8 lawn tix for Chicago. Then proceeded to buy 8 more for Alpine Valley, grand total of 3 minutes invested for 16 tickets. Also, did the same thing last year and had the same results. Are those having difficulty using dialup rather than broadband, maybe that's the issue? Either way, looking forward to both shows and best of luck to those who have yet to land tix. Heading to the Nashville show this weekend for a little warm up. Woohoo!!!!

I was dead last in line in Chicago (Coconuts [Damen]) for tickets due to a bad draw and still managed to get 4 tickets for Alpine at 10:25am. I also got 2 for Sat. Tweeter. I had TicketMaster on the phone and they told me that there was nothing available for either show. The guy working the computer told me differently when I FINALLY got to the front. Thank GOD!!!
