God, that intro on SOASOAS is tough to listen to, but I do like the new version. i'm probably going to have to reburn the CD and take that out.

the worst was: I was in a bar (go figure) a few weeks ago and they had TTS in the juke, so I put in Love & Luck, and I didn't realize that Jimmy stating at the end to put the disc in a CD-rom drive was ALSO ON THE SAME TRACK. That was a little much for the bar.....

Castro is still playing in Cuba, but the homefield advantage isn't what it used to be.

Cry me a river...he told a nice little story about the song, jeezalou. Heaven forbid Jimmy tell us about one of his best songs!

All i was saying was I just don't care for the spoken word on the intro- I think it takes away from the song, for a studio track. Live is acompletely different story. I'd rather have it just on the insert of the disc, which it is.

Well, with software, those who don't like it can cut it off.

Thats off "Hot Water". Floridays is a flawless album. :)
I agree with that, but the other one that makes me cringe is when he is doing the "rap" on Bank of Bad Habits and he says
"and the 8th deadly sin is...PIZZA!" Oh, no he didn't!
You are all funny!!!
The intro to "Altered Boy" would be up there, too! I would say that the "PIZZA" is the most embarassing...

"Floridays" is flawless if you don't include "You'll never work in dis bidness again"...It just doesn't fit with the rest of the album. Sorry... :-?

Why do the majority of Buffett fans prefer Amy Lee on the sax to Nadirah?...I can't understand...She is so HOT!!!

I like Tina Gullickson myself when it comes to looks. Nadirah does have a great voice.

Don't have a problem with the story, but next time I'd like it much better if he put the story in the liner notes and not the first 45 seconds of the song.

I like the comments JB makes...I love his voice...whether singing or speaking...it is ok with me to have these light moments on the cd's. It's humor!!! Laugh and get on with it!
