Need info on Chicago

8 of us are heading to the the show in Chicago this year, Thursday night show. Any tailgating allowed? Any go pre-concert bars close by? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Almost all of the hotels in the area allow tailgating in their lots and the Tweeter does as well. The gates usually open between 3-4pm. There are always a lot of cops, but they are just there to make sure that it remains fun, most are PHans themselves. Not too many bars close at least good ones. Good luck and have fun!

Yes, tailgating is allowed at the Tweeter. You can go earlier than 3. There is a golf course parking lot where people pre-party at that is right in front of the gates to the Tweeter.

There might be a pre-party at a bar I used to work at called the Wild Olive.
The bar is located at 159th and Laramie in Oak Forest (which is minutes away for the Tweeter). For more information contact either Mike or John at (708)535-2005
