No. Depending on your PC power, keep applications limited. For example, don't surf. Just keep open your recording software, rmtv and this board along with the real player, unless of course you have cable modem.

cable is the best! I can listen to RM for bout 20 minutes then it goes freaky on me and buffers all the time. i just have to click stop then play. but cable is alot better

i use aol, i know im a sap for using it still witht the cable connection. I had to totally restart aol, and it works now. Thank god, i think i deserve another beer for that almost fatal snafu.

we just recently got DSL service here in NC...I now have no problems with RM which has made me a very happy parrothead...no buffering at all! I'm ready to listen ...let's go JB!!!!!
