Hope so too. The Alpine show last summer was even better I think.

I hope your Chicago weathermen are brighter than that idiot who got arrested at the Boston show. Not only did the 'poor guy' get stuck (more like caught) with phony tickets, but somebody planted drugs on him too. Right! I guess he just ran off so fast because he'd had one Corona too many.

Alpine was a great show last year. Clint Black doing like half the show with him. Parking lot was a blast. Only downfall tothe day was me getting a speeding ticket on the way up there. Other than that, it was a wonderful show.

I agree - but Jimmy never gets the credit he so rightly deserves.

Gumby and Wino, you're both right. Probably because of what the guys were talking about in the break. He's one of the more successful acts out there, but he didn't follow the music industry rules to get there.

Point well taken. And thats okay. I think he is better for doing it his way - his fans may be better off too.

You're right about that, wino. He's actually been in a "Where Are They Now?" show. What's really funny is that the "currently relevant" acts can't touch him on the road

He has to be one of the most under-recognized acts out there. The proof is in the ultra high demand for his shows. He sure has some staying power.

DT. Last mango is one of the great ones. A real treat was when I was at East Hampton last year - so many of his great ones that are unlikely to be played at the great shows. Amazing that JB and his guitar alone can put on such a great show - the best I have ever seen.

Wino, that must have been great; I was listening to it with my guitar in hand. That show REALLY showed how great a songwriter he is.

from what i heard---jimmy will do charity events like solo concerts---but what the price tag on it is $1 million. I think that would be sorta cool----win the lotto---and see how much he would charge to do a backyard show for you and all your friends.

OK, so I was wrong about when the new tune shows up. I'd love to see him if he does another show in East Hampton. It would be worth the $250
