Well JUST got in from the show. I had doubts, but I was SILLY to doubt the man! It was my husband's birthday AND his first show! It was AMAZING! Did you hear when he thanked the sparkler people? That was US! My sis and I got the idea from the Cincy show last year. Security tried to namb us after the were all burnt out..oh well!
We had a group of 30+ and had a blast! First Buffett show I've been drunk at and it DEFINETLY added to the experience! Alot of the lawn was clueless but our group kept on singing (I burned concert CD's after the setlist was announced...we were ready!)....
Again an AMAZING show. Had a sour puss sitting around our group who kept bitching we were on his blanket. Wasn't singing or anything, tried to pick a fight on the way out...NOT a good idea when there's ONE of you and 30 of us!
Cincy here we come!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was at Camdem Sat and loved it! Wish I could have heard "Jolly Mon" though. It was only my sixth show but I have enjoyed every cncert more than the one before it. Does anyone know if it was the actual Hemishpere Dancer? Who was the pilot?
It would make no difference if there was a 4 ticket rule. I have heard of several places (E-Center and TM box offices) Where there were scalpers padding the line with their 'People'. Add to that that they have powerful internet connections, PHs have little or no chance.

I am listening from Toledo,OH. I should be at this concert right now but instead I am sitting here wishing I were there(no thanks to the tickets selling out in 5 minutes),all to the thanks of scalpers. But not to worry I got my Polaris tickets two days ago.So for those of you who may be going to that concert I will c you there.

My wife and I would be there tonight, but our first baby is due any day now. I couldn't talk her into what a great spiritual experience it would be to go into labor at Pine Knob while Jimmy was singing "Come Monday". Jimmy sounds awesome, as ususual!!!!!We'll be back next year!!!

Hey Parrotheads, what was your favorite show in the past and why? Anybody seen one that was really different?
I was at the Saturday Pittsburg show in 94 (Starlake is the name of the place I think). Just before the show a summer thunderstorm came through. Anyway lightening hit something important forcing the show to start 30-45 minutes late, and forcing Jim to alter the show. He played with minimal power for the first 20-30 minutes. From what I can remember, it was mostly acoustic and steel drums and was by far the best show I have witnnessed in my 20+shows.
