Saturday's show was excellent. The set list was mixed up enough from Thursdays show I think. I don't ever want him to not play a song, just more and more and more of them.

Gypsies
Blonde Stranger
Chansom
We are the people

made sure I had no voice the next day. Hee hee hee.

Hey Oh_no! -- I went to Camden three years ago when it just monsooned on us. We had a really really flimsy tent/cover with everyone huddled underneath it and it was just big fun. Some people just hung out in their cars and we ran burgers and shrimp over to them. So if you don't mind getting wet, it's a really good time. Not to mention drunk infants doing belly flops into big puddles, that's fun. Remember to bring extra clothes for after the party and plan on getting wet and wonderful!!!

I could have used some rain on Saturday. I am one sunburned pasty white irish girl right now! I used sunblock #45 and still got way pink.

Phins Waaaaaaaay up, it just keeps getting better

Come on back Jimmy!

Thursday night was great, but i didnt pay eighty dollars to see the SAME EXACT SHOW on saturday. There is no need for this. Jimmy change up the set lists please, if you go to one show you have seen all of the shows for that tour. This makes completely no sense, true parrotheads want some variety.

Been since 1990 and did a few repeat shows he really does not change the set list; just adds in very few changes if at all, probably won't change that....

For those Knob Parrottheads....I live 2 minutes from Knob. The weather is calling for SERVE storms tomorrow (channel 4-WDIV), but weather channel.com says 60% chance of rain during the day, 20% at night!

As for the tailgating...I'm SURE people will still be out there. I think our crowd will be! As for inside, be ready for MUD on the lawn, it's been raining over here for 2 days, even if it's sunny ALLDAY tomorrow, expect mud! You can't bring umbrellas in! So be prepared to be SOAKED or wear a raincoat (my husband just bought a rainsuit, oh boy is he going to look like a dork!).

I've heard/read somewhere that the lawn is even MORE insane during the rain! I'm personally ready to get soaked and dance around! Make sure to dress warmer, it's supposed to be mid-60's at night.

To: Oh_No.....

Tomorrow will be about my 9th Buffett show at Pine Knob. We've never really seen much rain that I can recall at any of Jimmy's Michigan appearances....so I would just count on the fact the sun will probably shine down on us courtesy of the Great and Powerful Bubba.

But...to answer your questions specifically....
a) How does it impact the parking lot tailgate?
No effect except that you get wet and it's harder to keep the grill lit.
b) What to bring?
Nothing that you wouldn't have brought anyway. If it rains and you're on the lawn, just face it, you're gonna get soaked....but once you're soaked then you won't have to worry about it anymore...you can only get so wet. Just have fun.
It's a "dreamer's remedy!"

I have not been at this as long as some others but I have gone to about
10 to 15 shows in the last couple of years and Saturday's show would
certainly be the crown jewel in my cap. Starting with the best bunch of
Parrotheads in the bus lot under the B.F. Bridge all the way till the last
ovation this was the best year yet. To all you who want to complain about
Jimmy's business adventures, if you are still going to the shows?, hopefully
you will still be able to drift away the magical place we all call
"MARGARITAVILLE" because it was a beautiful sight in Camden NJ.

Saturday's show was a blast! Tail-gating by the river was great...especially that welcomed breeze!Seeing the Hemisphere Dancer was awesome. Jimmy was relaxed and playful and pulled songs out from the vault. Gypsies made my night. I enjoyed Clint Black, he seemed very greatful to be apart of the Reefers. The beachballs were getting on my nerves. I don't mind them once in awhile, but I felt like I was on a battlefield dodging "incomings". The parking lot after the concert looked like a war zone too. It was disgusting and full of broken bottles. And the kiddies running around wasting $5 and their brain cells on nitrous ballons, stay home and let the true Parrot Heads attend next time.

I agree, the concert was awesome and the pre-show festivities were a blast. We got there at 1:30 and the breeze off the river kept it cool. I too could do without the kids with the baloons. they should just smoke the wacky weed and take a nap.

If people are going to complain about Clint Black at Pittsburgh, can I have their tickets?

i was there in camden on saturday, and think jimmy rocked the waterfront! flyovers during the tailgate got my newbie friends excited, clint played right along with the band, and jimmy was smiling as always. hearing a few not-too-often-played tunes always gets me stoked. so what if it was the same as thursday nite? let someone else get a chance to go, why don't cha?
