Waikiki Shell
I am excited about this concert. My good Parrothead friend Sandy had 2 extra tickets for this show. My wife and I will be attending thanks to Sandy. Where is Dukes?

HNL show
Duke's is on the beach in Waikiki -- On Kalakaua Avenue -- in the Outrigger Hotel.
Keep your fingers crossed on the weather. Supposed to rain all weekend through Monday.
A word about tailgating. There's a change in venue from JB's last concert in HNL. The Waikiki Shell is in Kapiolani Park. Lots of room but it's a city park and HNL's finest aren't always keen about open containers. Parking will be tight. There's lots of peripheral parking around the park but right at the shell will fill up quickly.

You may be a dumbass, but you're smarter than me! I thought it was last night! I came on here just to see what the set list was and when I saw there was only 8 replies, I was thinking, "Man, nobody stayed up!"parrotheadmike wrote:Whose the dumbass??? I am!! I thought the show was tonight! Well it is time for me to go to bed. I will be back tommorow night!
You were off by one night; I was off by two. Good thing neither of us tried to go! We would have been waiting in an empty parking lot for the gates to open!

Didn't you know that the entire planet revolves around the 9 to 5 ers of the East Coast and the rest of us who keep the world running at night have to submit. I don't know why they broadcast after midnight if it's late for a live show. The station should be off the air by 12. I guess the internet is not a worldwide experience. Only the right coast.
