We're going to friends for dinner. They are our long-time friends from PA who moved here about 6 yrs. ago. Scott's brother Steve (who we know as well) is visiting them for the 1st time. Came down on his Harley with a stop over in VA. It will be an interesting dinner. Let's just say the brothers are on the opposite sides of the political spectrum and neither has any problem telling the other what they think.....I sure hope it "Don't get ugly".....

It’s tough sitting here as a Lion fan in Michigan but pulling for your Vikes last night. Of course I’m a Michigan Wolverine fan & ever so grateful for QB JJ McCarthy leading the Wolverines to the National Championship in 2023.
Want nothing but success for him, & for him to look so rough early but catch fire in the 4th quarter & help the team to victory was truly enjoyable to watch!

I'm having an MRI at 4:00 today and then see my gastroenterologist on Thursday to review results.
I wasn't supposed to eat anything for 6 hours prior to the procedure; it's been a long time since my cornflakes this morning....

They did a good job. ceiling looks MUCH better. They missed a few spots, but mostly a speck here and there. And I got my bagel. LOL!!

MRI was a breeze. They had to put an IV in my arm, but they got it first stab so all was good.
I've had MRIs of my head, my heart, my lungs, both knees, an ankle, and now my pancreas.
Of all of them this seemed to be the easiest. Practice, practice, practice....
