I caught a woodchuck! The luttle rat bast#rd dug more gravel out from under my garage. Cleanup starts if I don't catch more. That makes 14 woodchucks in 3 summers.

I had a great aunt named Bertha. Her husband was named Burt.

Our daughter & Son-in-law have a groundhog family living under their 12' x 20' shed (that was built to look like a barn). It has a cement floor but those little buggers dig through the yard. The kids have tried everything to get rid of them. Next up is calling an "expert" to relocate them.

I saw a video listing smells they hate that can in the burrow. Lavender, cayenne pepper, smashed garlic cloves and dog droppings.

Yikes! That can be a PITA... but they should be thankful they don't live here in MA where such relocation is illegal. All critters must leave on their own accord.

So yeah... smells they hate are a good way to promote their "migration" Mothballs are a good deterrent too. So are bright lights and loud noises, but those are also annoying to nearby humans!
