Grilled some chicken leg-quarters.
Brined them first (.3 Cups sugar, .3C salt, Gal water) 4 hours is plenty for leg quarters. Patted dry then applied a semi-homemade rub that tastes vaguelly BBQ-ish (chili powder, instant coffee, brown sugar, adobo).
