Keep in mind, she said MORE THAN 30, but didn't specify. We have 69 without the contribution from our fearless leader. If she's at 31, we're at 100!!!!!!!!!

Big news on the "Free Mac" front. I was walking through "Deals", another dollar store in St. Clairsville, Ohio (within 1/8 mile of 2 Dollar Trees) and low and behold, in the CD's bin was 5 or 6 copies of "Word Of Mouth"

The motto of this is that his CD's could be in ANY dollar store, doesn't just have to be the Dollar Tree. So start making your rounds again guys and help to free more Macs.

Did anyone find out if Mac got word on the crusade?

Reason for the question, the wife and I had 2nd row center for Thrusday night and during the band intros, we shouted a huge "FREE MAC" out there and received a smile from him. Do you think he knows?
Searching is half the fun: life is much more manageable when thought of as a scavenger hunt as opposed to a surprise party.

I went back to the Tifton Dollar Tree and there were four more Macs, self-named and WOM, but we've got those two, so I didn't liberate... For shame! I'm not really a disappointment to the cause -- I just thought I'd leave em for another parrothead to discover.

free Mac

Post by ESTFL »

Left for New Jersey and PA on the 10th and returned to Florida last night--great to see all this action on free Mac.
Picked up 2 word of mouth cd's in Morrisville PA. Found self named and no problrm here in Bethlehem PA and bought them also.

You asked about other finds--found Tales from Maragaritaville in used bookstore in PA also and paid $3.00.
Bought christmas Jimmy tape at garage sale for a quarter.
A friend gave me songs you know by heart; he paid 50 cents for it.
Glad to be back but getting ready for Francine.
Thank you again for passing the word.

Just a side note.
Monday night Some of the roadies and Jimmys bus driver Mickey came to our fund raiser. They were all so nice and after talking to Mickey for a while near the door prize table, where I had several sets of Mac cd's/ I gave him a set of cd's. to give to Mac. I also took one of my CPHC business cards and wrote on the back
Cincinnati contingent of the Free Mac Movement Reporting in.
I have personally freed 35 Mac's and signed my first name.

Hopefully he will be really flattered that the parrotheads all over the country have banded together to do this.

Wish he had been there tho so I could have gotten them signed, snd kept them
