I tried scheduling with total recorder for the Apline show a few months back. It did kick off but for some reason it stopped. Not sure what caused it. So I did get part of the show so it may work for you.

Total recorder only records when there is transmission through real player. That's the beauty of it! Your signal kicked out, not TR.

i am probably the only person who uses aol plus ( cable connection) so who knows----i can sign off--and still get the feed--so it may work

TR will cut out all the buffering stops, even if they are milliseconds long, giving you a seamless recording as long as the signal comes back and doesn't cut out or do the underwater gurgling thing.

yes i am getting crap in the background too---p*** me off---cause the recording will come out crappy if anyone wants a copy of the show.

Is anyone else getting a second show along with Jimmy's? I have started hearing someone else talking. I've never had problems like this before.

I'm also getting another feed. I quickly closed RealPlayer & launched it again but still have the same problem.
