I ordered this from Mailboat. They sent me an email this morning that my order shipped 11/7, that's 9 days ago. Way to be on top of things. :lol:

Funny, I ordered mine from Mailboat on the very first day it was available and I also got an email yesterday that said they shipped it on 11/10 - 3 days later than Larry's?? Today's a week since it "shipped" and it wasn't in today's mail. When I put in the tracking number, the Post Office says "A status update is not yet available for your package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is delivered to USPS. Check back soon."

I always used to tell people that Mailboat was worth the extra money because they usually shipped so that you got the product on or before the release date. But I guess I won't be saying that anymore. :roll:

When I tracked mine, the message I got was "Your package is on its way to a USPS facility." I just got my mail today and no CD, 10 days after Mailboat says it was shipped. They must be walking it here.

I've been catching bits and pieces of the new CD as they play it on Radio Margaritaville. Loving hearing all the behind the scenes stories of his early music. I'd like to hear a bunch more, and his career progressed throughout the 70s, especially. Calling this one Volume One makes me hopeful. :D

I haven't gotten my mail yet today but my tracking info has been updated to "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending MYRTLE BEACH, SC 29588" as of 5:22am. Maybe I'll get it today.

Got mine today. Nov 18.

Got a Mailboat email saying mailed 11/11

Tracking said had not received at USPS on 11/16!

Got it from Bubbleup in the Woodlands.

On my second listen/watch. Great stuff.

According to the tracking information from the USPS, my CD was delivered at 2:43 this afternoon. I just got my mail, no CD in the mailbox. [smilie=noeyedear-shrugging.gif]

Finally got ours 11/22. Very disappointed with Mailboat Records.

That said, the product itself is very cool. Love the stories and interviews and the peek at the emerging songwriter/entertainer. While definitely a collector's item, they did a great job cleaning up some of those tracks. Hard to believe Jimmy acquired so much talent in so short a time.

Moe & I really enjoyed watching and listening to it last evening (Thanksgiving), it was a nice way to cap off a day of thanks, with the man and the music that has influenced so much of our lives and brought us together with so many of the wonderful friends that we are ever so thankful for. Thanx, Jimmy!

Can't wait for Volume Two...
