Everyone seems to be too damned giddy for Vegas. I am just too damned giddy for Nashville. Only a few days away. Yippee!

Im not DRIVING this year to/from Amsouth. gonna hit the HI party with the other Memphis Parrotheads and start the phun there.

Prepping for the long drive from WI, will be staying at the holiday inn @ crossings. Look for 3 rowdy 22 year olds. You should be able to notice us in the parking lot or how loud and trashed r room is

OMIGOD!!!!!! MATT AND TALL PAUL...........!!!!!!!!!!! How lucky can we get? This is so cool, we gonna have ffffuuuuuuunnnnnnnnn at the pre-party and pre-concert too. I gotta stay sober enough to remember this!!! If I remember, you got a "wrist band" and you could buy two drinks only with each band (alcohol). So the thing is, get looped before you get into the venue, because you sure ain't gonna overdrink inside. Unless you're one of those who straps baggies of alcohol onto your body to smuggle some in. But that's kinda sad isn't it? THREE DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

nah, you can buy as many beers as you want with a single wristband in the venue. they don't mark 'em or anything. i think the two drink wristband was referring to a previous pre-party that you, say, pay $10 to get in and get two free drinks with the wristband. at least thats something i've experienced in the past.

you guys think we'll have any problems getting a hotel sat. around downtown? we bought tix from the exchange and a parking pass came with them! so we're gonna drive to and from the show and go out downtown afterwards so we wanna be close for a cheap cab ride. starting to worry about finding a room!

You shouldn't have any trouble getting a hotel downtown. The only things I know of that will draw people to Nashville are the concert and the LSU/Vanderbilt baseball series. However, there should only be a couple thousand LSU fans travelling to the series. Plus, the concert is about 140 miles outside of Nashville.

Holy moley we leave in the morning too!! I'm taking a break from decorating the van, I have window paint from fingertips to toes (I'm a messy artist!!) I feel like a 4 year old getting ready to go to Disneyworld! WOOHOO....I can't believe I've been waiting for this since Feb. and it's already here.

There is no car decorating going on here in Knoxville. It's been pouring rain all day. We'll just have to do without them this year.

I wish I could just throw stuph in a bag and go, but I'm waaaaay to organized for that!! Nope, I have to plan for months, make lists of all kinds and then spend a day packing it up just right. The bad part is unpacking it all when the weekend is over. Yuck!

I'm heading out early on Saturday to catch any partyers that I may find. I'm getting pumped! Look out for a grey buick park avenue -- land yacht w/ duct tape holding the front together! It'll just be two of us, but we want some pholks to party with! See you there!
