There's already a 420 IPA from the Sweetwater Brewing company out of Atlanta.

Yes, sweet water has a 420 beer. It’s delicious. However, it’s a standard beer with alcohol. The 420 reference is because these drinks will be thc infused without alcohol. Once cannabis becomes legal at the federal level you will see a huge market for thc drinks because it’s healthier than alcohol.

Sweetwater also makes a beer called 420 Strain G13 IPA, it smells like weed. I've had it and I didn't care for it. It's a little better than New Belgium's The Hemperor, which also smells like weed and tastes awful.

Yeah, the 420 strain is okay. Haven’t tried the other. They put hemp in it which makes it taste and smell like cannabis

We went to a wine tasting exhibit in the old town last night and they had a Canna-wine..it was ok, but I would rather enjoy a glass of better and less expensive wine than drink a Canna-wine just because.

My point is that there would probably be a naming issue for the 'new' beer. I've seen places have lawsuits due to naming rights.

Already received mine.. the pen looks like an old wood surfboard which was free with the purchase of 3 cartridges. I must say that Mr. Buffett puts out a mighty fine product.. The CBD and Ratios are great for pain and relaxing. As far as the THC called surfin in a hurricane is by far the most potent vape pod I ever tried. So as usual for his products.. more $$ but great quality.
