Does anyone know why this was left out of the song selection for BBB&B? I think it is universally agreed this is one of his best songs. Who the heck thought it should not be included with the box set?

Maybe his greatest song.....
Makes me cry Everytime since I lost my dog two years ago.
And they left turning around off every single cd of all time......won't even play it live
