The band did this medley right before Stumpo El Bando for the 1997 Havana Daaydreamin' tour. At one point Jimmy says "Pedro,Pedro, Pedro" I'm not finding a "Pedro" in the band roster. The man singing does sound like Peter Mayer! Could that be it since the tour is Cuban themed?

I'm certain it's Peter Mayer and Jimmy was just hamming it up due to the Havana Daydreamin' tour/Stumpo el Bando era and calling him by the Spanish name for Peter (Pedro). I wouldn't look too much further into it.
