Doctor: "You have a very rare and extremely contagious condition. We're going to have to put you in an isolation unit where you'll be fed on a diet of pancakes and pizza."
Patient: “Will the pancakes and pizza cure my condition?"
Doctor: “No, but they are the only things we can slide under the door."
