Barometer Soup Art?

For years, I have wanted to know the artist who drew the cover art for 'Barometer Soup.' The one with the guy on a boat in a hammock, with a monkey, etc. Very atmospheric. I could not find any info on the liner / album notes, etc. Can anyone help?? Thanks!
