Luckily we only have to drive an hour north of home. No airports this time. We'll be here.

The Pelicans pitched a no-hitter last night and once again I wasn't there. I looked at the box score online and the game took less than 2 hours. The score was 3-0 and all 3 runs scored on an inside the park home run in the first inning.

Another gorgeous day here! I would actually LIKE summer if it were more like this!

Linda - congrats on the impending nuptials! Thinking of weddings... today marks 11 years since our son tied the knot!

Penny - looks like a very nice place! I miss mountain views like that! And how nice that your new luggage has an easy break-in before the ordeal of being checked!

Lerry - UNDER 2 hours?! I can't recall a baseball game zipping by that fast in like forever!

Hi there! We were an hour from home when a tire blew after I ran over something. I pulled into a park and a younger guy helped me change the tire. !0 minutes down the road we got a new tire at Walmart after a 2 hour wait. We ate at one of our favorite places during the down time.
