Prime Rib Sub SUNDAY @ the MSC
Good morning BN. Anne often gets a sub for lunch at a Sunday spot and I get a quarter of it. I usually get a loaded half pound as well, but need to lose some weight, so I may get chilli.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Good morning Bill and BN!
Another hot and quiet day today. Biscuits and gravy w/eggs this morning. Ham/potato/cheese casserole w/corn on the cob for dinner.
Nice to see another Rockies win last night, and so did the Broncos. We don't follow the NFL anymore, but I'll still look at scores.
That's it for now from here.

Re: Prime Rib Sub SUNDAY @ the MSC
When our she-'keets
were little, we always had "Special Breakfast Sunday" and they had their choice of pancakes, waffles, or french toast. The girls are now 32 and 37 and live 750 miles away, so more often than not it's "Cheerios Again Sunday" for me. Today was actually Waffle Sunday; I was getting something out of the pantry and noticed the waffle iron and I thought why not......

I was just minding my own business and the the next thing I know I''m the same age as old people….

Good afternoon.
I usually just have cereal and a glass of orange juice for breakfast. The bakery department in the supermarket makes very good muffins so sometimes I'll buy them, they come 2 in a box, and have a muffin and coffee instead of cereal. Today I had Special K because Kellogg's cereal was on sale last week and I wanted something besides corn flakes. Plus, who is more special than I am?

No prime rib here... but I do have some steak tips marinating.
Even though every morning is a "weekend" to us retired folks...
We still do a nicer breakfast on Saturday & Sunday (it's one way of the few ways to know what day it is in the summer when there are no new TV shows on
)
Today was a mushroom and Havarti omelet!
And yes, Larry... you are very special!

shesssshhhh -- 9 more bots trying to join us
We had a wonderful day. Bloody Mary's with the folks across the pond; then to the beach for 3 hours with other neighbors. It was awesome -- great breeze, warm water.
Now off to watch a Netflix movie -- usually one that "you might like". Last night we watched "Straw" -- really good. We also found an older Jim Gaffigan comedy routine that we watched a few nights ago.

I love reading the posts here that talk about food.
I usually have no idea what you are talking about and need to go in search of translations.
