Not a lot going on here - E had to work at the office yesterday, so I didn't do my usual grocery shopping, so we'll go after some breakfast.

Then starting to get things organized for packing. We leave Tuesday morning for a week in Galveston.

It is an absolutely beautiful day here... I'm about to head out to the Peter, Brendan, & JIM Mayer show. It will be a solo trip, though. SoulMate is feeling under the weather from his (poorly timed) flu shot yesterday and the couple we were planning to go with got a last-minute invite to spend the weekend out on the Cape. Oh well, I'm sure I will have fun anyway.

I was going to the park for a walk and it started raining so I detoured to the mall. There's a Tesla charging station in the mall parking lot, enough room for about a dozen cars. Several were plugged in charging up and another one had its hood up and was being hooked up to a tow truck. I hope they put the hood down before the truck drove away.

In my travels I saw a Rolls Royce and a Maserati, both with South Carolina license plates. Rednecks with money. Then I saw a car with Montana license plates. I wonder if he's a dental floss tycoon.

THANKS FOR ALL THE BIRTHDAY WISHES !!!!

I did a whole lot of nuthin' since I'm still coughing. Don't want to be around people who think I'm contagious.

We did have a few neighbors here last evening for drinks and cake (Kevin made me a pumpkin spice cake with cream cheese frosting - it is delicious).
