Let the unpacking begin and lots of laundry to do. At least I'm lucky enough to be home to get it done.
Hope you have a good Wednesday!

Good morning.
Of the 3 hockey games that were on yesterday, I watched the NY Rangers play the Pittsburgh Penguins. The Rangers have a new coach, he coached the Penguins for 10 years and won the Stanley Cup twice. His Rangers career is off to a slow start, the Penguins won.
There was a useless piece of hockey trivia in that game. The Penguins have 3 players - Sidney Crosby, Kris Letang and Evgeni Malkin - who have been teammates for 20 years. They're the first set of 3 teammates to play together for 20 years in NHL history.

I find this to be very interesting, as a hockey fan! (And the Avalanche beat the Kings 4-1 )

Welcome home, MsMod... As nice as traveling is, it's always a good feeling to get back home safely.
How was the drive? What is it, about a thousand miles?
I drove from Dallas to Denver to Seattle once and all I remember about that first leg was a lot of boring highway.

Thank you, sir. And we actually flew, 2 hour flight, 6 hours to prep to/from.
If we had driven it would have been nearly 16 hours and over a thousand miles. I could NOT imagine that Dallas/Denver/Seattle drive.

Home from hospital. Feeling good. Of course that’s bc of the nerve stuff they shot into my forearm and hand. Lots of shakes from the anesthesia but I got an iv of anti nausea med since I have bad reactions.
Kevin says I’m not allowed to stand up or walk without him holding on to me.
So here I sit watching the food network.

Hi there! We heard from a friend vacationing in Hawaii. He forgot to pack his only Hawaiian shirt. I told him to buy a shirt, any shirt and it would be a Hawaiian shirt.

Wait! How is it possible to own only one islander shirt?
I guess some people just do not understand sartorial elegance and have not had a life well lived!!!

Ah yes, I remember the mention of airport/rental car/hotel now....

Denver to Seattle wasn't too bad... I drove up through the SW corner of Wyoming, southern Idaho, and then up through central Oregon and Washington to get home.

I wondered about the "singular shirt" too! I don't get it either
