E is back to work today, so his alarm was set for 5:00 am. Soooo, I got up with him and fed the dogs. I have to water some plants today, and tend to doggy poo. Fun Fun.

Otherwise, I'll be reheating some foods I've prepared in the last few days for E's dinners and breakfasts.

It looks to be another beautiful weather day in these here parts

Chair yoga was crowded with 31 folks.

Annual zoom with our “up north” financial planner at 1:00. And after that we have nothing.

Good Morning Ladies.....BN'ers to come.
This Monday is my last Monday workday for October. Will be on vacay in Key West next week so it will be Nov. 3 for my next Monday workday.

Spent wayyyy too much time with my head in the sump pump hole yesterday. Originally thought it was just a bad switch so went and got a new one, but after installing the new one & bypassing the "bad" one come to find out I still had an issue so had to go & end up purchasing a new pump.
I have a client who owns a small hardware but he's a 30 minute drive across town.....but with the deal he gave me on the parts & new pump it was worth it to make the trip across town twice to solve my problem.

Game 7 of the ALCS tonight between Seattle & Canada for the right to go to the World Series & play the Dodgers. Should be interesting

I'm celebrating North Carolina Beer Month at Makai Brewing in Ocean Isle Beach. I've been here a couple of times but it's been 3 or 4 years since my last visit. They have some pretty good beers.

A young couple just came in with a dog. I don't know what breed it is but it's very well behaved. Just sitting there looking around.

I woke up. Had to check if Giants lost was real. Didn't dream it.

We have a lot of dogs come into the breweries we visit, and we're fine with it - as long as they behave.

Not quite the pizzazz of the Miracle in the Meadowlands but giving up 33 points in the 4th quarter of a game IS quite noteworthy....

On dogs, we see an older man playing with his dog at MacDonalds. Anne went into the grass picnic area to compliment him on the dog. The guy is a homeless vet who lives under a nearby bridge. He has cancer and may not not have long to live. He found the dog emaciated with a collar so tight, It couldn't drink. He got the collar off, got it water and the dog hasn't left his side. Anne will pass his plight onto a shelter she knows

The dream would have been if they had won... but once again they snatched defeat right out of the jaws of victory, which is something they are really REALLY good at!
