Good morning BN. I can get in a nostalgic rage often these days and I can show my age.

Good Morning Raging Bill. (not to be confused with Raging Bull)
I was expecting "I can get in a nostalgic rage often these days and I can show my age" to be song lyrics from a song that I have no knowledge of.
But that doesn't seem to be the case as far as google search is concerned.
So all I can say is hopefully you can calm those rages down by citing Breathe In, Breath Out, Move On.
Have a GOOD Friday everyone

Good morning Ken and Bill!
Happy Friday! E works from home on Friday's - I just made him a bacon/egg/hashbrown/cheese taco. We'll be out to dinner to Dukes tonight, and it's been a while, as we had other things to do on the last several Friday's.
Tomorrow we'll be putting up the Christmas tree, only because our weekends for the next month are busy.
It's already 50 degrees here, heading to near 70 AGAIN.
Have a good day!!

Good morning.
It's supposed to be in the high 60s today and the 70s tomorrow and Sunday so the jeans can stay in the closet for a few days.

OMG, It's National Pickle Day!!!

I had a nickname of "Pickles" in school, cause my Mom made our lunches every day, and always put a pickle in mine.

I was there yesterday.... I drove through my childhood neighborhood and hardly recognized it. So many of the simple single family homes had been torn down and replaced with cheapo tacky apartment buildings and the streets that I rode my bike on and played ball in were filled bumper to bumper with parked cars. Some people call it "progress", but this old geezer longs for the good old days. I was in a sour mood for the rest of the day.

And maybe you were in a sour mood because you ate too many pickles?

I've never liked pickles of any kind...

My mother loved them and our fridge always had several jars of all sorts of them.

Hello Everbody! Our friends from PA left an hour ago -- the house is quiet......we had TONS of laughs and many conversations about our JB tailgates/concerts and Parrotfests
![hearts [smilie=hearts.gif]](./images/smilies/hearts.gif)
. We miss them already.

I would have liked your mother. However, I never liked, and still don't like, sweet pickles of any kind. Even bread/butter pickles.

It didn't get as warm as it was supposed to be, the temperature never made it to 65 degrees, but it was a beautiful day. I went for a nice stroll in the park, it was a little breezy but I got my hair cut a couple of weeks ago so it isn't long enough to get messed up in the wind.
It looked like they power washed the sidewalks, there was hardly any goose poop. I could walk looking up instead of down.

It was a bit brisk today, I am not sure ifwe got out of the 40s, (it's 38° now) but it was beautiful, clear, and sunny, so I'll take it!
Larry, I thought of you and your "gator sightings" when I saw on the news yesterday that a small alligator was seen in the Charles River!

A wild life guy rescued the poor thing (
obviously a dumped "pet"
) because there is no way it could survive a Massachusetts winter! It was a baby, only about 30" long.

I haven't seen a baby gator in a few years. The smallest one I ever saw wasn't much more than a foot long. I gave that one a wide berth in case mommy or daddy gator were nearby. I don't know how protective they are of their young but I didn't want to find out.

Many (many) years ago I was working in Florida and staying at the Westin in Fort Lauderdale. The hotel has canals out the back.
One evening I was out watching some smallish alligators, around 3ft in length, when a staff member said that I should be careful as "there might be 'gators". I said to him, "there sure are" and pointed out four or five.
He said in his southern drawl "Oh, you're an Aussie. You know what you are doing" and promptly walked away.
Yup, we're all like Steve Irwin and ride kangaroos to work...

You missed the opportunity to tell him you only wrangle crocodiles!
