Good morning BN! :)

Snow is falling, and I have 2 Dr. appointments today, as well as trying to get to see E. :( Roads kinda s*** right now. Hopefully better in a few hours, but snow is supposed to fall the whole day. Ugh.

Hope your day is a good one!

So E just called me - they were going to try and remove the gallstone from the duct, but they can't cause they found a mass on his liver. :cry: Don't know what the mass is yet. They're calling in cancer specialist to try and remove it, but in the meantime they're putting in a drain in his side to see if that helps. :-? I just need the snow to stop a bit so I can get to the hospital to see him. Damn snow. :evil:

Jeesh, when it rains, it pours! Unless it's snowing....
I hope it all goes well for E (and you) today.

Prayers for E and the doctors as decisions are made for his health.

Still have some decorations to display but the end is in sight.

We have a neighbor cat across the street, 2 doors away that has been crapping in our 2 large flower beds (caught it on the ring). And I mean a lot!! Apparently it likes our mulch. Cat deterrent granules from home improvement store did nothing. Various peppers and dried coffee grounds same. Today I threw a bunch of moth balls around. If that doesn’t work Kevin’s talking cans of tuna with poison. Talking to the owner won’t work. Several folks have posted pics in our community FB page of it out running around. Their response. “Oh he must have gotten out again. “. 😳

Dog walkers walk their dogs and they pee right on my bushes. One time, I was standing in my driveway in plain view. The lady was on her phone while her dog p!ssed on my plants. She looked up and walked away, probably to another part of my frontage...I have a corner lot so there's two sides they can pee on. A cat used to crap in my yard, but I think it was killed by another cat...

Penny - thanks for the continual updates on E's medical issues...
Glad the duct blocker was the most logical cause - a gallstone - but the liver mass is quite concerning. :-?
Sending whatever fin-powers I can muster westward to you both, because as others here have said, be sure to take care of YOU too!

Thanks, Jerry. If you wondered - E is for "Elrod" another BN'er here. And we met online here on BN in 2001 - we met in person in 2003, he moved from Oklahoma to Colorado in 2005, we got married in 2007. :D

Thank you ALL for your good wishes. This all happened so quickly, and I'm scared and worried. :-? :-?

I just talked to one of his doctors who called me on my cell at home. (Cameron and I visited him for a few hours this afternoon). They have a GI, Oncologist, Radiologist, and a Surgical doctor on standby after we get the biopsy tests back in a couple of days. He has about 10 spots on his liver, the largest being 6cm (a little over 2"). So he'll be in the hospital until then.

I got out of my parking space with the help of my nosy neighbor and Cameron - today was kinda slushy. But it's supposed to get down to about 14 degrees so icy in the morning, when I'm supposed to see my eye surgeon.

Off to have a drink or 12 and relax.

[smilie=hearts.gif] to you all.
