Set an alarm last night to get up early today to write before work...I missed all of the alarms. What did I expect

It's gonna be another cold day here, unfortunately. Around this time last year, I took a 5 day vacation in Cancun. It was so much nicer (weather-wise) than here. Maybe someday I'll move somewhere semi-close, like Florida.

Sending phin power to E! It's a pretty scary experience, but I'm sure the doctors will take good care of him.

No news yet today. It probably won't be until tomorrow. He already hates being there.

At least the hospital is only 10-15 minutes from home. Cameron will go with me again this afternoon for a few hours.

I went to one of our local brewery taprooms for lunch today. I had a turkey club sandwich - turkey, ham, bacon, lettuce and tomato on sourdough bread. I've lost weight since I retired but I can still eat. I had to struggle to finish the sandwich, it was freaking huge.

Larry, that sandwich sounds great!! I've lost about 20 lbs since I retired, I just don't snack and go to the cafeteria anymore.

Sooo, I'm not posting this on FB yet, until we know more and can inform family, so please don't say anything (for those of you on FB) - but an oncologist stopped by (I wasn't there at the time), and they did find some of the f'n "C" word... don't know what kind or where it came from, still have to wait for complete results from the biopsy.

Rasppy is also in hospital was discharging blood. So I got my 83 year old mother to change my diaper.
Rasppy may be a liver issue, waiting on images. Poor Nicholas two sick parents

Having done the cancer thing in 2016-2020 I'm in totally agreement that cancer can s*ck it. Sending prayers your way.
