Hello all.
It’s 12:30 am here on the East Coast. Went to bed at 11:15 which is late for me. Kevin in bed but had not yet fallen asleep so I relayed Penny’s news to him. Sleep was not going to happen so we’ll watch a movie.

After all these years, and so many BN friends met...I finally got to have dinner with Ron and Penny (and Tiki) earlier this year. This news hit like a ton of bricks this morning.

I have turned into more of a dotcom lurker than a contributor of late, but I have always been here in some capacity.
Penny, I am heartbroken for you. The Elrod-Penny duo was a magical combination from the beginning, and it was shared online with us here at dotcom so beautifully.
May you find comfort in your immediate circle of friends and family, as well as from those of us on the fringes in your dotcom world. His memory and your love story will go on in stories and memories. God bless.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been here, but I just wanted to offer my condolences Penny. Ron seemed like a great guy. You’re in our thoughts.

I saw your post on FB as soon as I opened the app this morning...
I am stunned at how fast this HORRIBLE disease took him.
You are right, it was easier for him, but a real shock to those who love him.
CANCER SUCKS!!! ![hate [smilie=hate.gif]](./images/smilies/hate.gif)

Tiki was pretty sneaky and I was wondering why you kept standing behind me at the bar.
