I don't know how I missed this but yesterday was World Pizza Day and I didn't have pizza. I went to Tidal Creek Brewhouse and had a chicken tender wrap. And the bartender gave me credit for 2 extra beers on my punch card on their app. After every 10 beers the 11th is free and the free one counts towards the next 10 so I have a 3 beer headstart.
It's time to see the world
it's time to kiss a girl
it's time to cross the wild meridian
grab your bag and take a chance
time to learn a cajun dance
kid your gonna see the mornin' sun
on the pascagoula run
You know that little voice in your head that keeps you from saying things you shouldn't?
I should probably get one of those....

Good morning, Penny. I slept better last night. The day is sunny and above freezing for the first time in 3 weeks.
Hey everyone. I had my post all ready to go this morning but…..like Penny said the site was wonky.
We’re getting an estimate for decorative curbing, aka curbscaping, around our flower beds to replace the blocks that are there now.
I took a 1.5 mile walk around the neighborhood and the weather is amazing. Shorts and a tshirt were just fine. Once the sales person leaves we’re heading to the beach. Yes, on Feb 10
Sooo, Cameron stopped by to help me with E's clothes. He loaded up 12 large bags in my car, and we took them to ARC. I'm hoping someone will benefit from all of these pants/jeans/nice shirts/t-shirts. (And that's not all of his clothes, but it's a good dent).
What a beautiful day. I went for a nice stroll in the park, they're replacing the artificial turf on 2 more of the baseball/softball fields. The parks department might have gotten a power washer, there was hardly any goose poop on the pavement.
The house directly across the street from my building had a small Christmas tree in one of the windows on the second floor. As of right now, it's still there and lit up. If that was mine it would have been gone the day after Christmas.
My apologies to anyone who is still shoveling snow, but I mowed my lawn for the first time this year and admired some of the crocuses (croci?) that are popping up in the garden. Tulip and daffodil bulbs are starting to poke up out of the soil too.... spring is comin'!

Our weather has been so nuts for Winter. There are bugs flying around, and some plants coming up. I'm just waiting for the heavy snow to hit. This is SO NOT our usual Winter this time of year.
So, I went to dinner with former Kindred Co-Workers, and we went to Dukes. We had a really nice dinner and several laughs.. One of my friends just lost his mother, so we had a lot of sad feelings to share, but still found things to laugh about.
The beach was cold even with full sun. About 10 degrees cooler than at the house. But it felt good when we got home. And we were on the beach on Feb 10!
