Southeast Of Disorder SUNDAY @ the MSC
What a great line! Good morning BN. I once got fogged in on lake Erie. Another boat beside me had a compass. I told him take a southwest reading leading us back to the bay and safety, I installed a compass on my boat that week.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Good morning Bill and BN!
Going to be MOSTLY packing my suitcase and other bags to head to my sister's house tomorrow, until the following Friday, to watch their dogs AND get paid for it! It'll give me a bit of a break from this place.
Have a good Sunday!!

Hello Penny, Bill, and everyone!
Happy Sunday... Family Guy's new season starts tonight. I don't usually watch it, but there's really nothing else to watch at 9PM for me. The chocolate covered pretzels, brownies, and choc-covered strawberries turned out great for Valentine's Day. Best thing is that I have leftovers
Have a great Sunday, everyone!!

One of my favorites!
Where it all ends I can't fathom my friends
If I knew I might toss out my anchor
So I cruise along, always searchin' for songs
Not a lawyer, a thief, or a banker
I have to include this one just because of baby-faced Timothy B Schmit:
My father and his father were both commercial deep-sea fishermen.... I am indeed a son of a son of a sailor.

You know that little voice in your head that keeps you from saying things you shouldn't?
I should probably get one of those....

Re: Southeast Of Disorder SUNDAY @ the MSC
Morning kids, or at least what is left of it here in Michigan.
Been busy with food prep and other chores I didn’t finish yesterday. Another sunny day here, and it is going to be above freezing AGAIN!!! Snow is melting and I probably Lu should go out and pick up what dog poop I can find.
Yesterday was a great day. I sold some gold jewelry I haven’t worn in years and wouldn’t probably it wear again. Made enough to seriously consider a vacation this summer. Pretty excited about that to be honest.treated myself to fresh flowers as they were cheap for Valentines Day.
On a side note, when I logged in today, my phone browser said the website for this is “Buffettfan.com”. Is this new? Do I not pay attention? Am I in a parallel universe? Useless but important information, I guess
Enjoy your day, all! Have fun with the pups, Penny!

Nope. And they cancelled the build. In just a few months since the day they started to build, costs went up 44%, so they said no thank you.

Hey everyone!
I slept too late for us to attend either of our church services.
It’s raining here so we don’t feel like going out since there’s nothing really to get/see.
I’ve been working on a new puzzle. A little more tedious since my left hand ulnar nerve doesn’t like all the twisting but it’s easier to use both hands.
Planning on emptying the fridge and doing a deep clean. Haven’t done it since we moved in back in June of 2024. But, we always clean up any issues as we go so it shouldn’t be too bad. We’ve got the Olympics on in The background.
Kevin is attempting a minor repair to one of his guitars.

Good afternoon. It's such a lousy day I put on a pair of sweatpants instead of jeans. This is going to be one of those days when I don't bother unlocking my door, there's no reason to go outside. I'll watch the U.S. hockey game in the Olympics later, I think they play Germany.
what I really mean . . . I wish you were here

What Linda said /\
I know the tariffs have wreaked havoc with the construction industry, but I would have thought the builder would be bound by the contract price... I guess not.
Anyway, I know you will enjoy being with your fur nieces and taking a break from the purging for a bit to relax at their place. From the photos you have posted, it looks beautiful there! Getting paid to be there is a cool perk too!

I think they're just putting things on hold for now. Stuff is just kinda up in the air. The friends they're staying with in HI are the friends who live in AZ, and wanted them to move there. I'm sure it'll be a discussion while they're together.Caribbean Soul wrote: February 15, 2026 5:21 pm Are they looking at other places in AZ or putting the kibosh on their relo plans?

Yep, I'm sick of the cleaning.. I just finished tossing all the stuff E had in a 2 drawer file cabinet.

YAY!! So one of mine and E's best friends (was the tasting room manager of the brewery, but stepped back to take care of his dad w/dementia) wanted to go to a St. Louis Cardinals/Rockies game, and he just texted me that he got tickets for a game in September.
We'll have a few toasts to E.
