Good morning Bill and BN!
It's a good title... I like it. I was searching for one, but wasn't inspired this morning.
Getting the 'starbursts' fixed in my eyes this afternoon. Happens to some people after cataract surgery, and headlights make my driving impossible.
Trying to get a few things to the dumpster again, but I'm really tired today. Did a lot yesterday. It's a little chillier today, but at least the sun is shining.
Have a good Wednesday!!

Larry - I had laugh - I'm setting up a new online DMV account, and right there in the center of it, IN RED was that my drivers license is expiring soon. It's not expiring until 2-3-2027!!!

Hi there! The surgeon saw my leg and said it was good for 6 weeks from surgery. It has only been 5 weeks and a day.

Hi Kids—keep your distance because I am knocked down will a full on head cold and maybe touch of flu? Took the day off work and slept most of it away. Still feel lousy but at least my headache has gone from a 7.5 to about a 4.
Glad to know your progress is impressing your doctor, Bill. Hope your peepers get better, Penny.
That’s about all I got. About time for another nap I think.

Hello all!
Another t-shirt day for me. The backyard still has a bit of snow, but it's melting. Caught up with a good friend of mind via email! More writing, this time a space-themed story, is on my docket for the late afternoon. I'm thinking of cheeseburgers (homemade) for dinner!

WOW -- just realized a missed a visit to the MSC yesterday and almost missed today !!!
We had great sun so after my morning dr appt (to get another round of trigger point injections set up) we spent 2 hours on the beach.
After dinner we will head to bible study at church.
I'm ready for surgery tomorrow -- need to be there at 8 am.

Today was my first time not wearing pants this year. Had lunch at Lulu's with an old friend who I hadn't seen in 15-20 years. We sat outside with a nice breeze coming off the intracoastal. My jerk chicken sandwich was too big for my mouth, I had to eat it with a knife and fork

Another day, another visit to the surgeon.
Hopefully, Toni will get the stitches out of her foot today.
The surgeon is in Adelaide so another fortune in fuel and parking, not to mention the extortion charged by the doctor.
By the way, I just worked out fuel costs here in US dollars and your weird gallons... About $USD6.50 per gallon. It was about $USD4.00.
Thanks guys...

Sure didn't anticipate this when I booked the plane tickets last December, but at least the rain is 30° warmer than what we get at home....
For those who don't know...
Good luck with the surgery tomorrow, Linda!Linda!Linda!.

Thanks, Larry & Penny, for both of those memories!
Mr. SPH - as always, you found the perfect video!
Larry - That must have been a fun lunch!
Linda - Good luck with tomorrow's surgery!
Bill - You must be putting in hard work at rehab to look that good a week early!
Mel - Sorry to read you are under the weather. Hope you get better ASAP!
Jerry - Cheeseburger! Yum!! We were set to grill some brats for dinner but, despite the ZERO % precipitation probability, it is friggin raining. Time to re-evaluate the menu, or maybe head to The Coachman's for a quick dinner instead. We'll see...
Rabbitz - I hope those stitches came out and Toni is able to be out and about soon. I know it is no consolation, but gas prices here are rising too... and please remember 2/3 of us did NOT vote for his BS... and even the 1/3 who did, believed his "No foreign war" lie, so hopefully they are equally p***! But I get it... it must be worse to suffer the consequences when you truly had nothing to do with the cause.

On gas and oil. My dad quit pumping crude oil when it sold for 3.15 a barrel. That's 42 gallons in a barrel. It was in the late sixties. His oil equipment was old and in disrepair all on land he leased. He inhereited property that his dad bought for the oil, but my dad quit pumping there before my time. I had a company drill 3,000 feet down for gas and the first royalty checks were huge! That didn't last. I get checks for 15 $ now. If we lived on the land, I'd get free natural gas, but no, I paid for propane and wrote a check for 540$. That covered the last 2 months.

Another t-shirt day for me.
Today wasn't (after almost a week of them), cause it was in the low 50's, but the wind was wicked crazy!!
